Symposia of the 1st International Congress “MICROBIOTA: homeostasis – inflammation - aging”, October 10-12, 2024, City of Naberezhnye-Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation (discussion of proposals continues):

№ 1. Systemic endotoxinemia (SE) as biological phenomenon:

definition of SE - role in human biology; methods for determining the SE integral indicators; age range of SE normative indicators; role in the prognosis of the course of the pathological process, and the diagnostics of latent diseases, including oncological ones.

№ 2.Endotoxinemia aggression (EA) as an inducer of inflammation and aging:

EA definition and methodology for EA studying in clinics; EA etiology; means of EA preventing and eliminating (diet, enterosorption, pro- and prebiotics, psycho- and metabiotics, hemodialysis, selective lipopolysaccharides LPS-hemo- and enterosorption, plasmapheresis, intravenous laser blood irradiation, fecal transplantation, etc.); sepsis as a clinical model for studying aging-associated diseases.

№ 3.Microbiota-associated diseases, the leading role of EA:

allergic, autoimmune, infectious diseases (HIV, Covid-19, hepatitis C, etc.), the role of innate immunity and its ligands in the pathogenesis of diseases, their morphological manifestations.

№ 4.The EA in atherogenesis and stratification of the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, outlooks for prophylaxis:

post-bypass coronary artery restenosis as a clinical model for studying the LPS role in atherogenesis; means for normalizing the lipid profile and SE integral indicators (EA elimination): diet, eubiotics, entero-and hemosorbents, choleretic agents, laser blood irradiation, plasmapheresis, etc.).

№ 5.Microbiota in the pathology of pregnancy and delivery:

a single process for causal events due to the interaction of the mother's microbiome with the fetus and newborn; participation of LPS and antiendotoxin immunity in the pathogenesis of gestosis, pre- and eclampsia, antiphospholipid syndrome, miscarriage and infertility.

№ 6.Microbiome -neuroinflammation, neurodegeneration, mental health:

EA induced microbiota-associated diseases of inflammatory origin (schizophrenia, endogenous psychoses, delirium, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc.).

№ 7.Gut microbiota, obesity, type 1 and type 2diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome:

mechanisms of mobilization of the LPS hydrophobic form from adipose tissue, and its involvement into the formation of low-intensity inflammation as one of the main factors of atherogenesis and aging.

№ 8.Interspecies interactions of the intestinal microbiota - antagonism and synergy, factors that increase intestinal permeability, oncorisks:

"taste" preferences of various types of bacteria - selective growth suppression, possible relationships between overgrowth and oncogenesis (direct or indirect).

№ 9.Toll-like receptors TLR family and their ligands - conditions for synergy or antagonism:

a fundamental question for understanding the results of metabolomic studies.

№ 10.Microbiota, environment and human ecology:

various aspects of the influence of environmental factors on human health status, SE indicators and the structure of the intestinal microbiota.

№ 11.Microbiome: role in aging and longevity.

Involvement of the intestinal microbiome in human aging, and the role of intestinal microbiome in processes that ensure longevity.

№ 12.Endotoxin tolerance as Terra Incognita:

definition, role in general pathology, ways to overcome and to study the mechanisms of development.

The Final Symposium "Means for normalizing SE indicators as a basis for increasing the efficiency of the treatment and prophylaxis process and longevity":

regulation of the composition of the gutmicroflora (bifidumbacteria, etc.), normalization of lifestyle and nutrition, LPSremoval from blood plasma (membrane plasmapheresis), selective enterosorption, physical and other effects on the blood that increase the activity of antiendotoxin immunity, etc.
