The International Exhibition LPS-EXPO-2024 will be held in the frame
of the 1stInternational Congress ”MICROBIOTA - 2024”
The microbiota changes the genome and ensures the evolution of the species, but initiates inflammation and determines the rate of aging. The Kazan Medical School and the Institute of General Pathology and Pathophysiology have created a methodological basis for studying the role of endotoxin LPS in the pathogenesis of diseases (including atherosclerosis, HIV, Covid 19, etc) in clinical conditions, the results of thatmay become the basis for improving the efficiency of the treatment and prophylactic processes and prolonging life. The joining of clinicians and biologists will make it possible to take the first step towards the evolutionary transformation of the “Standards for Diseases’Treatment” towards “Individualization of the Patient Treatment” and reduce the number of iatrogenies.

Dear Organizers, Participants and Guests of the Congress!
Congratulations with the opening of the First International Medical Congress "Microbiota: Homeostasis-Inflammation-Aging" and the Exhibition "LPS-EXPO-2024"!
The Congress is dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of creation of the endotoxin theory of human physiology and pathology. The author of the Theory is our Republic of Tatarstan-originated scientist Professor Mikhail YurievichIakovlev. I express the hope that the Congress will contribute to combine the efforts of medical doctors and scientists in improving the quality of medical care at theWorld scale.
For the first time in the World history, the Congress is dedicated to solving two global medical and social problems which currently exist: i) the fight against new viral infections, for which the World medical community turned out to be insufficiently prepared, and ii) age-associated diseases, in other words, with aging. We have already made great successes in the field of vaccination and population immunity against Covid-19 infection. However, there are other new viruses, and by countering them, we will not succeed with vaccination alone. It will require the creation of too many vaccines and will be a huge financial burden on the budget of any country.
Participation in the forum of Russian and foreign clinicians and scientists will serve to exchange professional experience and knowledge in the field of endotoxin theory. It will allow us to formulate an effective algorithm for therapeutic and preventive measures to combat new viral diseases and aging.Representatives of the Kazan Medical School have always been leaders in the development of science and healthcare in our country. Hope that this glorious tradition will be continued at the Congress!
I am sure that the high level of organization and composition of the event participants will become prerequisites for a broad and open discussion of the most important problems in this area and the development of innovative proposals.

The City-of-Naberezhnye-Chelny is located near City-of-Moscow, and represent one of the biggest industrial centers of the Volga & Ural regions, and the Russian Federation as well.
