№ 1. Systemic endotoxinemia (SE) as biological phenomenon:


definition of SE - role in human biology; methods for determining the SE integral indicators; age range of SE normative indicators; role in the prognosis of the course of the pathological process, and the diagnostics of latent diseases, including oncological ones.

№ 2.Endotoxinemia aggression (EA) as an inducer of inflammation and aging:


EA definition and methodology for EA studying in clinics; EA etiology; means of EA preventing and eliminating (diet, enterosorption, pro- and prebiotics, psycho- and metabiotics, hemodialysis, selective lipopolysaccharides LPS-hemo- and enterosorption, plasmapheresis, intravenous laser blood irradiation, fecal transplantation, etc.); sepsis as a clinical model for studying aging-associated diseases.

№ 3.Microbiota-associated diseases, the leading role of EA:


allergic, autoimmune, infectious diseases (HIV, Covid-19, hepatitis C, etc.), the role of innate immunity and its ligands in the pathogenesis of diseases, their morphological manifestations.
